Seafood Processing/Kitchen Manager

Looking for a reliable, hard working, seafood loving person to join us at The Lobster Shop.  Kitchen based position so experience would be great but ultimately a hard worker with enthusiasm to learn is key. You would be expected to take responsibility in the kitchen when trained and be able to fulfil orders from start to finish.

We would expect flexible hours to suit order demands with 30 /40 hrs per week being available and as we are hoping to add to our menu a love of seafood would be ideal to help create further choices.

Alongside the kitchen hours we have dates for markets so a rota for these will be drawn up & driving licence would be helpful but not essential.

*All stages from selecting live shellfish from the tanks, cooking & preparing the shellfish will be required. Training for this will be available​​​.
