Jack Taylor started out with a simple philosophy – to provide his customers with the freshest seafood. 50 years on, under the watchful eye of the present owner, this philosophy still rings true. We are a primary processor of white fish and supply customers across the UK and Europe and can supply many other species of fish and shellfish through our partners.
The business is supported by a highly skilled team of fish filleters who have spent years mastering their skill – the result is a beautiful hand-crafted artisan product which Jack Taylor is proud to sell.
Our experienced team all have a long family heritage in the seafood industry and were brought up on the door step of Scotland’s finest fishing ports. Everyone has a real passion for the industry, reflected through the decision to invest our careers in the trade.
