Seafish have a HACCP training opportunity on Wednesday 06 November 2024 via Microsoft Teams.
This includes an online invigilated exam consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions.
The training course covers prerequisites, hazards, low and high-risk foods, legislation and the principles of HACCP.
Currently 50% funded for people working in the UK seafood industry, the funded cost per learner is £50 (no VAT). Each learner will require their own electronic device such as a desktop, laptop or tablet with a functioning microphone and webcam as they will need to maintain a live audio and video feed with the trainer and exam invigilator throughout the training course and exam.
