An annual event throughout Scotland is the YPI funded by the Wood Foundation, so it was a pleasure to attend as judges for this event. We were joined by Paul Haggath (symposium coffee shops), Scott Milne (Inspire) and Stevie Wilson (Score).
Pupils pick a local charity and present a case for a £3,000 award for their chosen charity.
Each group prepared and presented to an excellent and very high standard, as a judge this made the job very difficult with every group and charity a worthwhile cause.
After much deliberation the winner was Buchanhaven Heritage Society and Community Centre.
